Shopify connection privacy

The connection server stores your myshopify.com store domain, encrypted Shopify access and refresh tokens, token expiry times and device connection records to authenticate requests from Reel Studio.

Product API requests and responses pass through this server. Product content is not saved by the relay. Imported products and media are saved in your local desktop workspace. AI processing uses the provider you configure in the desktop app.

The integration requests product read/write access. It does not request customer or order access and does not retain customer privacy webhook payloads.

Disconnecting a PC revokes that device. Shopify uninstall and shop deletion notifications remove the active server credentials and device records. Local projects remain on your PC; remove them there if you no longer need them.

Infrastructure logs and any backups require the operator's retention policy before public launch. This notice is a review draft until deployment and retention settings are finalized.
